The restaurant utensils were also clean and hygienic. The breakfast served was good and had room for improvement. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's location is ideal for visiting attractions like the Lake or Coakers Walk. The facilities were new and the restaurant served excellent meals, with the chefs offering to teach their recipes.

The rooms were neat and brand-new as for me, with balconies. Location: the hotel was really close to the restaurant and the center of the city and noises to stop at past midnight. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Cariappa, they had some goodies, drinks...

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient for accessing tourist spots such as the local park and lake. there was ample on-site parking available for guests.

The service at the hotel's restaurant left much to be desired. We experienced slow service and difficulty getting the attention of staff, and even when we were finally able to order, the food was underwhelming.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel staff was friendly, and the complementary cookies and hot cocoa were a nice touch. the hotel is also conveniently located near the main shopping street and a short walk from the beach. the room had a nice view of the city.

The room was not as clean as I had expected. the bathroom had a strange smell and the towels were old and stained.

The hotel is conveniently located close to all shops and transportation, with a view of the valley from some of the rooms. the rooms are comfortable, with nice furnishings, and the heating system and bedding provide a cozy sleep. the staff is overall friendly and willing to help with requests.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the towels and bathrooms.
